- Includes floor plans, recommended design styles, detailed project quotes, and construction timelines
- One-on-one free consultation service
2. In-Depth Design and Renovation Application
- Creation of design renderings, selection of materials, and preparation of drawings
- Preparation of necessary documents and drawings for renovation application, submitted to the management office
- Coordination with designated contractors to arrange for project initiation
- (Includes fire protection, air conditioning systems, civil works, and water supply)
3. Pre-Construction and Post-Completion Maintenance
- Customized monitoring of construction costs based on the design for the client
- All project elements can be adjusted to increase or decrease based on client needs before construction begins
- Ongoing oversight of construction costs to ensure that expenses remain within budget from start to finish
- Basic maintenance for 12 months upon project completion (excludes damage due to human actions and natural wear and tear)
