Creative Design Using Three Colors

The primary color used is light gray, creating a clean and professional tone. Bright blue is used as an accent color to highlight key areas within the overall space, adding a sense of vitality. White serves as a supplementary color, contrasting with gray and blue to make the space brighter and fresher.

These three simple color combinations create a layered and harmonious spatial effect. By cleverly employing principles of color design such as contrast, echoing, and emphasis, we fully leverage the maximum design potential of a limited color palette.

Modern, Comfortable, and Elegant Feel

The design reflects characteristics of modernity, comfort, and elegance through its overall layout and decorative elements. Several design features stand out: the showroom layout is positioned near the windows, allowing ample natural light to flood the space, creating an open and bright visual effect. Considering that the client is in the fashion industry, the main wall of the showroom features shelving that facilitates meetings and discussions. The reception area is adorned with colorful printed art murals, adding an artistic touch. The overall design employs natural wood tones, cement colors, and white, while incorporating black elements in the frames of the glass partitions, achieving a balanced visual effect of warm and cool tones.

Our client is a well-known eye-wear technology company. To integrate the company’s image into the design, we specifically selected the signature orange and blue as accent colors, thoughtfully applied to the screens, pantry area, and carpets. Even a small office can be effectively planned to convey an innovative atmosphere, and the comfortable working environment enhances productivity for colleagues.

Cost-Effective Design Below the Ceiling

In addition to being practical and aesthetically pleasing, we recognize that some commercial clients have concerns about renovation costs. If there are no soundproofing requirements, we can consider starting with the building contractor's fire safety and air conditioning systems. By constructing the partition walls 500mm below the ceiling, the existing fire sprinkler and air conditioning systems do not need to be relocated, provided that all regulations are met. This approach significantly reduces construction costs, and the walls that do not reach the ceiling can improve air circulation. While the partition walls cannot completely block sound, different materials, such as carpeting, can help control noise levels.
