Ho Man Tin Hill Road Residence

In recent years, Nordic design has become popular, characterized by a careful combination of materials, colors, and furniture to create a design work with a distinct personality. Considering the homeowner's preference for hosting gatherings and enjoying red wine, we created a functional bar counter that utilizes marble materials to enhance the space's sense of luxury. A large blackboard on the wall and a built-in wine cabinet make it convenient for the homeowner to enjoy wine tasting and play games at the bar.

The semi-open kitchen has become a trend in Hong Kong residential design. The interior of the cabinets prioritizes practicality, providing ample storage space and thoughtfully positioned kitchen appliances to facilitate daily cooking. The details in color coordination and material selection are spot on, using wood tones and white as the primary colors, while hexagonal floor tiles enhance the visual depth.

Replacing brick walls with half-height glass not only prevents smoke and odors from spreading into the living room but also significantly increases the sense of space. The streamlined line design optimizes movement flow, creating an orderly and comfortable atmosphere.

A Pink Paradise for My Daughter

With two separate beds, both children can have their personal space. The area under the platform is cleverly utilized for storage, keeping less frequently used toys and other items organized, while also helping to instill good habits of tidiness in my daughter. The space under the stairs and beneath the upper bunk has been transformed into a concealed wardrobe, neatly storing clothes and clearly delineating each child's space. Additionally, drawers have been added near the stairs to make the most of every available storage area. Let’s create a special little world just for the kids, tailored to their preferences!
